Easy Baked Peaches

Baked peaches with walnuts and cinnamon sugar

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (15 oz) of peaches in juice (not syrup)
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts (bits)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar spice

DIRECTIONS

You’ll need a small oven-safe baking dish.

This recipe came from my blog post here and is a great, budget-friendly dessert option.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Open the can of peaches and pour out 1/4 cup of the juice. Mix in 2 teaspoons of the cinnamon sugar into the peach juice and set aside. Drain the rest of the can of peaches. Get your oven-safe baking dish out and arrange the peaches in the pan. Add the walnut bits on top of the peaches. Pour the cinnamon sugar juice mixture over the peaches and walnuts. Bake these (uncovered) in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Makes 2 servings.
